OGLF provides spiritual and emotional care, love, hope and comfort to the people who are in need. It provides counselling and prayer support for those in need and conducts various community development programs.

OGLF is actively involved in equipping and empowering people to become catalyst for transformation through Discipleship and Missions Training, course in Applied Theology, Workplace Excellence Training, Family enrichment programs, Women and Youth empowerment programs. 

OGLF aims at providing accessible, affordable and contemporary Education for orphans, poor and disadvantaged students. It is involved in teaching students in remote places through tuition centres. 

OGLF aims at providing affordable healthcare and medical welfare services. It is involved in various initiatives towards healthcare awareness, medical assistance and financial assistance for treatments. 

OGLF aims at raising the socio-economical condition of the poor and the needy in the community. It is involved in the community through social welfare activities like providing basic needs of food, shelter and clothing to the poor, needy and deserving people. 

OGLF conducts short-term course on how to be effective in the workplace This course systematically covers various topics every working adult faces in life.
